Training Course

The Training Course is an international youth exchange organized by Esplac aimed at people with concerns to reflect on global justice, youth participation and intercultural processes.

Training Course 2026:
From Play to Action: Youth for Social Justice

The Training Course 2026 will take place from August 4th to 14th at the La Censada holiday camp in Santa Margarida de Montbui, near Igualada. Under the slogan From Play to Action: Youth for Social Justice, the course will focus on educational practice through a blend of exchange and practical-theoretical training. It will promote the strengthening of youth participation through the exchange of educational leisure experiences, and foster critical thinking and awareness of social justice, equity, and human rights.

The course is aimed at participants aged between 18 and 29 who are interested in global justice and education. In this edition, we will collaborate with organizations that will bring participants from Portugal, Austria, Italy and Finland, who will join participants from Catalonia who register through Esplac.

The course will consist of spaces for reflection, debates, workshops, and dynamics led by trainers from the Escola Lliure el Sol, as well as moments of cultural exchange and presentations from various organizations.

DATES AND REGISTRATION

  • Dates: From August 4th to 14th, 2026
  • Registration Opens: April 15th
  • Registration Closes: June 15th
  • Age: 18 to 29 years
  • Limited spots

Registration will be through a form that will be opened on April 15th.

PRICE

  • Price: 40€ / participant
  • What does the price include? The price covers a 10-day stay with full board at the La Censada house, as well as all training, workshops, and working spaces. The cost of transportation is also included in the registration fee, but it will be reimbursed later during the activity.
  • Transport: Participants must arrive and return by their own means or public transport to the house.

Registrations will open on April 15th through a form that will be published on this website.
